Scrap Travel Quilt

Anne K. made this quilt for a friend that she met in high-school. When they were 15 years old they hitch-hiked from Wetaskiwin to downtown Edmonton to purchase leather coats. Anne's was dark purple and her friend's was brown with long fringes.
Now that their ages are the reverse of 15 (51), Anne designed this quilt as well as a matching tote bag for her birthday.
At the bottom right ar their high-school pictures and the letter 'L' left of the ladies is for Linda.
